Aikku is the internet name of Ruben, an internet user.
Programming
Aikku started programming when he was around 14 and wrote very basic programs for the GBA. Soon however, he started to easily pick up programming on the GBA and eventually released (a bit too many) music players. Recently, he has moved to the DS because the GBA simply lost its appeal with only 16MHz horsepower and very limited RAM. He is currently a full-time student doing VCE [Victorian Certificate of Education] therefore doesn't have the time to do all he would like to (such as dating, job, etc).
Music
Aikku owns four musical instruments, all of which he keeps in his room:
-DrumPower 5-piece maroon drum kit -Casio CTK-810 keyboard -Hofner 4/4 violin -Monterey electric guitar
He frequently sequences songs from games in the Final Fantasy series. He usually applies surround effects to his music by picking melody sound channels with one note and using their volume at 76/127 and panning at 100/127 (both in Midi format. ie. logarithmic).
Personal Life
Aikku is 16 going on 17 during the end of November. He is single. He likes dogs over cats, however currently owns a cat. His golden retriever 'Buddy' died in January due to spleen cancer. His current cat was a stray but has adapted very well to living indoors. Aikku has curly hair but straightens it, and styles it in an 'emo' fashion. Aikku was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome in 2006. He loves music and mathematics, but hates probability and combinatronics. Aikku has a bad case of acne which he claims leads to him not being able to shave his face properly.

Aikku's computer is a desktop Compaq Presario.

-1x DrumPower 22x14" bass drum; clear batter head tuned to high tension, "DrumPower" resonant head with very low tension; thin blanket in between -1x DrumPower 14x5" snare drum; brushed batter head tuned to medium tension, clear resonant head tuned to VERY high tension -2x DrumPower ?x? tom-tom; clear heads on both sides tuned to low tension -1x DrumPower ?x? floor tom; clear heads on both sides tuned to VERY low tension -1x generic hi-hats -1x generic crash cymbal -2x generic 5A drum sticks
