A DSTwo 'Plugin' consists of a picture (16bit BMP 40x42 pixels in size), a ini file (contains 2 lines of info: Display Name & Icon graph location) and a Homebrew *.nds file
This Wiki contains a selection of 'unofficial' plugins found @ this post, which will hopefully allow anyone with Wiki access to update
