Administrators can do everything the Moderators can, but can also configure server options, change people's member groups, manage front page news, reset passwords, ...
Moderators
Moderators are users that are able to edit all files as if they were the owner. They can also move, delete or merge files. They handle the incoming requests from other users and are able to Ban unwanted users from the site.
