Grab the latest Wifi_link build from here: (2020/02/17) 0b8bbe3 https://github.com/Gericom/GBARunner2/releases/tag/v20200217-194452_0b8bbe3
How to setup:
- Download and make sure both systems are running the same wifi_link build from github.
- Enter GBArunner2 settings once and enable wifi_link in there. This will have to be done every time. This is to save battery so that wifi is not always enabled.
- Go to link settings and exit. This is to make the mac address dummies appear in the gbarunner2.ini.
- Go to your _gba folder and open the gbarunner2.ini and look for slave and master and insert one system's mac address* in slave and one in master. The slave and the master has to be the same in the .ini of both systems you are trying to connect.
- *The MAC address of your console is under your WIFI settings on whatever console you use.
- For the DSi and 3DS you can find it under internet settings in system settings.
- For the DS you will need to enter WFC settings in a WFC compatible game.
- Apparently, DSi to 3DS is harder to get to work than DS to DS or DS to DSi.
