RetroArch is reference frontend for the [http://libretro.com/ libretro] API, a cross-plateform program used as hub for your different programs such as emulators or multimedia application. A single place to manage and launch all your games or media.

RetroArch for the WiiU is the frontend developed for libretro's Wii U emulators.

Libretro has multiple cores which you can install independently, each emulating a different console, arcade or computer.
