This template is based on Template:Mbox.

Place this template on any page that has to be removed by a Sysop. Optionally provide a reason for the removal request. You don't need to remove the page contents unless it contains nothing but spam.

The Category:Suggested For Deletion will automatically be added to the page.

Usage

Place on the top of the page:
