Sysops
Sysops (System operators) are special users of Wikitemp who can Block users, protect and delete pages as well as edit already protected pages.
Bureaucrats
Bureacrats are able to change the permissions of other users. Possible permissions are: Sysop, Bureacrat, CheckUser, Bot.
CheckUsers
CheckUsers are able to check what IPs a User has used, or what Users have used a certain IP.
