Category Explanations
- Read Topics: Can open and read topics. Banned/Suspended members have to log out for this.
- Reply topics: Can make new topics an reply to others' topics.
- Shoutbox: Can use the shoutbox on the portal.
- Trading forum: Can use the Trading forums.
- Use HTML: Can use HTML in posts.
- Is Staff: Members of the Staff can access the staff forums.
- Moderation: Can moderate forums. Global means all forums, Local means only the forums assigned by an Admin.
- Reports: Can use the Report Center and handle incoming reports from members.
- Administration: Administrators manage the technical details of the site.
