This flashcart was made by QQ3DS. It is a clone of the SKY3DS, which supports up to 9.9.0-26 firmware and therefore works with all 3DS/2DS models. It's possible to run homebrew using the ninjhax exploit by Smealum (blocked in 9.3). You can only play 3DS games from your console's region as it's region-locked.
