This flashcart for 3DS made by R5SDHC, it is a clone of SKY3DS supports firmwares up to 9.7.0-25 and therefore works with 3DS, 3DS XL, 2DS, New 3DS and New 3DS XL. It might be possible to boot homebrew thanks to smealum and his NINJHAX exploit (blocked in 9.3). It can play 3DS games but is region-locked.
