This flashcart was made by the R5SDHC team. It is a clone of the SKY3DS, which supports up to 9.7.0-25 firmware and therefore works with all 3DS/2DS models. It might be possible to boot homebrew thanks to Smealum and his ninjhax exploit (blocked in 9.3). You can only play 3DS games from your console's region as it is region-locked.
