I'm a new here and I dont understand how to get the english language onto Tatsunoko vs Capcom

I know the mini ingame menu (pause) has it but the main menus are a diffferent story

I'm using Homebrew channel (latest as of Jan 6, 2009) 3.2U Booting using Gecko OS 1.7

I see Tutorials like this on the web...

"Patch the game to use IOS 249 using: Waninkoko's IOS Version Patcher v1.1

2. Use Waninkoko's v2.3b to make it region free...
-patch the region
-patch the video
-patch the language

some others say

[1.] Patch the game w/ IOS Version Patcher v1.1 by: Waninkoko to use IOS 249 - If you don't do this down the road you will get some weird error... This fixes it... -Not all people get the error!

[4.] Burn it... Unfortunitly I dont understand the terms of "patch" and "IOS" or how to go about doing it

Or even understand how to install WiiFrii or Region frii or Waninkoko's v2.3b, IOS patcher 1.1 or even Brickblocker the explanations are so bland and not clear

PLEASE HELP ME! If able could anyone please break it down for me in detail, STEP BY STEP on how to go about this in Idiot terms?........
